Minutes to spare or an hour or two?

Love where you live litterpicks - afternoon 9 Oct

There will be seven different areas across Falmouth with individuals leading litterpicks in the morning and the afternoon.  The aim is to blitz some of the problematic areas in the town where people actually live.  Local community representatives will also be on hand to chat about what else is being done.

Meet at 3pm and the litterpick will finish at 5.30.

For the Beacon, meet at the park near the picnic tables on Jubilee Road

If you want to join the Terraces, please meet at the Seaview Inn on Wodehouse Terrace

Old Hill meeting point is on Old Hill where it joins Grenville Road

And the Princes of Wales Pier for the town litterpick

What's involved?

Litterpickers will be provided and we just need lots of people to get involved with walking their patch and picking up litter and putting it in a rubbish bag.

Why get involved?

If you love where you live, this is a small thing you can do to help make it even better.  Your community needs you.

How to get involved?

Just turn up and give a hand.  If you'd like a map of the meeting points for any of the areas, please email karenhall@falmouthtowncouncil.com.
