The group meets on the first Saturday of the month between 10am and 12noon to tidy up various sections of the fields and coastal path that runs between Swanpool and Gyllngvase Beaches.
By joining the regular volunteer sessions, you will make a real difference to helping to maintain and enhance this natural landscape.
What's involved?
Tasks include litterpicking, planting, weeding and keeping the hedges well pruned.
If you have your own tools and gloves, please bring these with you on the day.
Even if you don't want to do the work, you could help by taking photos and helping to keep the Facebook book up to date to encourage others to join in.
Why get involved?
It's a great way to start a Saturday, breathe some fresh sea air, get some gentle exercise, meet your neighbours and do some good for Falmouth.
Refreshments, friendly chats and social conversation accompany every session.
Plus it's only 2 hours on a Saturday once a month to feel like you can make a difference.
How to get involved?
Meet at the wooden gates at 10am on the first Saturday of every month.
Or you can email Boscawenfields@yahoo.com to receive regular updates.
