Swanvale Park is a well used public open space which forms part of the Green Corridor leading from Tregoniggie Woods to Swanpool. It has a football pitch, a wooded area and some wildlife-friendly flower beds.
There are some workdays planned for the space and we'd love you to be involved. Everyone is welcome to join in Becky at 10am -1pm.
Thursday 16th April – planting a new Forest Garden hedge.
There are further gardening sessions planned at Swanvale on 14th May and 18th June, also 10-1
What's involved?
Becky will lead the session and there will some simple gardening tasks as well as new planting.
All equipment is provided. Please dress in robust footwear and clothing.
Why get involved?
Swanvale Open space is a valuable community space on Falmouth's Green Corridor. The more the community gets involved with its upkeep, the better the space will become where everyone can feel welcome and safe.
